Flaming Magnetic Man was among the Extra Ordinary Citizens(EOCs) in the mass disappearance 20 years ago. He crashed to Earth in Rise of the Cactus, and soon after joined The Agency. Agent Flaming Magnetic Man vows to find out what happened to him and all the other EOCs. Agent el Toad is his partner and mentor.
